We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the location is truly incredible. The staff were extremely welcoming and even allowed us to check in earlier than expected, which we really appreciated. One of the highlights is the convenient shuttle bus that runs every hour, taking you down from the mountain and back up again – such a great service and a big plus for this place. The hotel itself is fantastic, and we enjoyed every moment. The only small thing – and it’s not really a minus – is that it would be amazing if the hotel had a swimming pool. With such stunning views, relaxing in a pool would be the ultimate experience. Overall, the hotel is amazing, everything was perfect, and we would love to come back again!

The host was incredibly kind and helpful – we arrived in the evening, and he even came after us by car to make sure we found the place, which we really appreciated. The accommodation was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a calm and comfortable stay. We can only recommend it and will definitely come back!

Located in La Spezia, La Gemma delle 5 Terre features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Really friendly owner who met me outside and showed me round, plus gave me lots of "insider" information on the area. The room was huge, clean, comfortable with a great shower, a fridge, great Aircon, breakfast and coffee and tea ready for the morning and a fridge. Perfect. I almost wanted to take her toy stuffed crab. Too cute. Very lucky to find space there at such short notice.
