This was easily the BEST hostel i was in, EVER. PARKING, Breakfast, Design of the hostel, profesional hosts. If I'm ever going to Stelvio agaibn, this hostel is a MUST. They even left a printed letter with keycard for late check in. (Damn you rain on Stelvio :D )

Set 250 metres from Maciachini Metro Stop, Aparthotel Isola offers accommodation with free WiFi in Milan. Ospedale Niguarda is 1.5 km away. The apartment was clean, and check-in was very easy (done at the front desk). The metro and bus stations were both very close by.

Offering a seasonal outdoor pool, Hotel Villa Paradiso Suite is set in Moniga del Garda, a 2-minute walk from Lake Garda promenade. Excellent location, close to the lake and close to restaurants. Nice room, except for the toilet-door (privacy issue). We had a room with a big terrace.

Set in the centre of Lecco, Villa del Cigno has a peaceful location even thought it is just 800 metres from the main square. Little castle with lovely garden. Perfect place for starting your trip on Como

Castello Guest House Milano is located in the Milan centre and overlooks Piazza Castello square, a 5-minute walk from Sempione Park. Every room is equipped with a flat-screen TV. Super central location yet in a quiet street, clean and neat spot. The room was spacious, comfortable, with all the facilities you might need in a guest house.

B&B Il Mosaico is located in the Colombare di Sirmione district in Sirmione, 3.1 km from Sirmione Castle. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. We stopped here just for 1 night with our 1,5yo dog, who was not a problem to accomodate at all, what we appreciated the most. Breakfast was served by the table, what I consider something unusual these days :) Bed were comfy, clean bathroom with clean towels. We will consider to stop again on our way back home.

Better than a four star hotel! For a B&B it was exceptional with so many free treats included. Can’t rank it highly enough.
