The couple running the place are great!! It's in a fantastic location. Close to splendid views of the sea and a great shopping area. Tricky finding it but they gave great directions on the phone. We were on the 2nd floor and there's no lift so be prepared for that. Breakfast was included and was delicious. They have a couple hot selections made to order. And a great selection of sweet & savory items. We would definitely come back here!

Enjoy a more independent holiday experience at Residenza Sveva. Try the new ‘albergo diffuso’ concept, where hotel rooms and facilities are spread around the town, in 4 central locations. A beautiful B&B in the historical center of Termoli. The room was good for a single person, with a magnificent mattress. The breakfast buffet was very very good!

This is a gem. Elegant and comfortable. Big room and bathroom. On arrival, call the host who comes to let you in and give you tokens for the nearby cafe where you have continental breakfast. The location is perfect, in the heart of the restaurant district - we were spoilt for choice! Also close to the old town on the sea front. There is free street parking just behind the accommodation (white spaces are free!). Once you are in the front door, there are 20 steep steps up, so be aware if you have heavy baggage or access issues - get help! Great value for money too.

We got a parking ticket during our stay, although we paid the parking through phone app. All Peppe - our host, his wife and his son were hunting down the person who wrote us the ticket and took it upon themselves to help us resolve this as we don’t speak italian. That level of hospitality isn’t found in many places these days. As for our accomodation we stayed in double room with 2 double beds. The beds were in separate rooms divided by a sliding door both with full batheroms, 4 sets of towels, 4 pairs of slippers, full vanity kits, a mini bar stacked with water, juice, sweets and salty snacks - all complementary. Additionaly a coffee machine was at our disposal as well. The appartment had a central AC unit and limitless hot running water. The appartment is within 5 minutes of walking to both Termoli beaches and town center. This stay exceeded our expectations in every way and we’ll surely be coming back!

Everything especially the amazing customer service of the staff, the lovely room, the hot water, the delicious breakfast, the spa, the entertainment & the great location. We will surely be back.
