Also, the train station is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel, which is great if you’re arriving in Florence by train. Daniel was extremely helpful and kind, patiently answering all our questions. The other reception staff, whose names I unfortunately didn’t remember, were also very pleasant and accommodating. Next time I visit, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
