We also were 15 minutes walk to the train station so we could easily get anywhere we wanted in Tuscany, including to Montecatini Terme for a bike trip and wine tasting. Love!

And excellent breakfast with hot and cold food as well as fresh pastries. Only about five or so minute walk to Santo Spirito and 10-15 to train station.
