I travel a lot and everywhere but I would without a doubt recommended this above all valuable 9 rooms hotel for Pistoia as you get a no where else experience "à part et nulle part ailleurs" that will add so much to your stay! On a practical point of view, there is a lift :-); the duomo is 3-4 minutes away so you are right where you want to be at the heart of history and still enjoy quietness.

The staff (Alec and Viola) were exceptional, they were extremely friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. Having them as a resource was invaluable. Our room was amazing too, it was spacious, bathroom was great, and the beds were comfortable. If we are fortunate to visit Florence in the future, we will definitely stay at the 7Florence again.

We spent only one night and everyone was very nice and welcoming. They accommodated our early check in and we liked the room. It was 4 of us and they gave us a family room that has an additional room with two beds for the kids. Breakfast was amazing and there was a snack throughout the day too.

Great owner of the hotel, friendly helpful man, always ready to help. And the breakfasts are delicious. Definitely recommend if you want to stay in Pisa.
