What impressed us the most was the peaceful ambiance that allowed for a good night's sleep. The staff was consistently kind and eager to assist with our requests, enhancing our overall experience. Also the common areas are not only visually appealing but also very comfortable, which made our time spent there quite enjoyable. The hotel's location is perfect for train travelers, as it's close to the station yet tucked away on a quiet side street. It's also conveniently close to the city center, making it an ideal base for exploration. We had a great time at c-hotel Joy, I highly recommend it for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in the city.

I travel a lot and everywhere but I would without a doubt recommended this above all valuable 9 rooms hotel for Pistoia as you get a no where else experience "à part et nulle part ailleurs" that will add so much to your stay! On a practical point of view, there is a lift :-); the duomo is 3-4 minutes away so you are right where you want to be at the heart of history and still enjoy quietness.

7Florence offers rooms in the centre of Florence, a few steps from Santa Maria Novella Train Station. WiFi is free throughout. All rooms come with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and towels. The staff (Alec and Viola) were exceptional, they were extremely friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. Having them as a resource was invaluable. Our room was amazing too, it was spacious, bathroom was great, and the beds were comfortable. If we are fortunate to visit Florence in the future, we will definitely stay at the 7Florence again.

Located a 15-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Train Station, Horto Convento offers rooms with free WiFi in Florence. Guests can enjoy a garden and an on-site bar. Very clean, very comfortable, great breakfast, rooms are spacious enough. Bathroom and toilet are newly designed. Staff is very polite and helpful. Location is perfect. If we go to Florence again, we would definitely prefer it. If the weather is good, I recommend having breakfast in the garden.

We spent only one night and everyone was very nice and welcoming. They accommodated our early check in and we liked the room. It was 4 of us and they gave us a family room that has an additional room with two beds for the kids. Breakfast was amazing and there was a snack throughout the day too.
