Pistoia turned out to be a wonderful city, even though it’s not as widely known. Every staff member was incredibly kind and welcoming. Our room was beautiful, impeccably clean, and stylishly decorated. Truly one of the most charming hotels I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in!
