The walls are painted in soft natural colours matching the Tuscan art furnishings. the restaurant was amazing, we had the cold tomato soup, ravioli, amazing beef in a rocket salad with with a balsamic reduction and the white and red wine. very reasonably priced with bottles of wine from 11-33… rooms were clean and large, the shutters made the room very nice and dark ac was perfect, shower had great pressure pool was fantastic breakfast was amazing and it was the perfect Tuscany quite hideaway

The walk into the old town was quite short and there was the largest Supermercato Conad we have seen yet just a few blocks away. We highly recommend this stay if planning on visiting Montepulciano.

The location of the accommodation is also perfect - quiet but still centrally located for exploring beautiful Val D'Orcia. If we are in Tuscany again, we will definitely come back. Beautiful rolling hills all around, you can see the Gladiator viewpoint from their pool and full of character and charm. Will be back here whenever we can :) PS: Their Donatello coffee machine is brilliant! Somehow much better than the standard nespresso found everywhere else :)
