I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms are in a up to date condition. The bathroom was spacious. It is in a very good location for visiting Gardaland and the southern part of Lake Garda.

Flowers, petals on the bed, champagne, fruits, massage in the room, birthday cake. Very responsive and always helpful. I booked the corner room with the jacuzzi and a view in the canal.

Residenza Elisabetta is conveniently located in the heart of Verona. Among the facilities at this property are a luggage storage space and free WiFi throughout the property. Beautiful room with very comfortable bed and great facilities. Right in the old town which is easily walkable and amazing! We were met at the door on arrival, very smooth communication throughout. Lovely breakfast.

All clean. -Air conditioning working perfect and despite “the card was not in”, which was perfect considering the warm that can be the smmer. -Diverse and very good breakfast buffet. -Reception both were very friendly and clear with instructions, even help us with map and “principal attractions”. -Quality vs price very good paid. -There is an Spa facility -Good location from Train station and city center. -Quiet location.

Wonderful rooms, not too big place, but very clever solutions to have enough space for a family with 3 children. The hotel is very near to the city center and also to the train station - 10 minutes walk Treviso center, 5 minutes walk to train to Venice. The owners are very kind and nice people, we could solve everything - wash our clothes, put our stuff into fridge, etc.

We had an incredible experience at Agriturismo Boton d'Oro. The view of the mountains was absolutely stunning—it's the perfect place to relax and take in the beauty of nature. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was a highlight as well, with a delicious assortment of fresh, local options that set the perfect tone for the day. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with beautiful scenery and outstanding hospitality. We can't wait to come back!

B&B Patatina is situated in the Santa Croce district in Venice, a 10-minute walk from Venezia Santa Lucia Train Station. The property is 1.3 km from Ca' d'Oro and 1.5 km from St. Mark's Square. This hotel was so different from the classic hotel concept — we truly felt at home here. Even before our arrival, Gianluca’s kind communication stood out. He explained in such a polite and thoughtful way that he would not be at the hotel when we arrived, and sent us very detailed instructions on how to check in by ourselves. Everything worked perfectly. The hotel itself is in a beautiful historic building, just like a typical Venetian home, and in a wonderful location. Breakfast — which Gianluca asked us about in advance — was delivered right to our door at the exact time we preferred. It was much better and more varied than in many hotels we’ve stayed at, and the croissants were simply amazing! We only stayed for two nights, but our hearts remained there. On the second day, we had a small issue and they did everything possible to solve it. At check-out, they explained everything with so much care that we left without a single question in our minds. Gianluca and his wife truly made us feel like family. Being able to leave our luggage safely until our trip to the airport was another big help. We never had any problem communicating — even if language could sometimes be a barrier, the heartfelt connection made everything so easy. We are truly grateful for every detail and every effort.
