Staff very was helpful and easy to approach. Room was also very clean a bit smaller than what I thought but the main thing it was clean and had everything we needed.

Residenza Elisabetta is conveniently located in the heart of Verona. Among the facilities at this property are a luggage storage space and free WiFi throughout the property. This place is fantastic and the host extraordinary! I stayed there just for one night, but would happily book this room for one week. Everything was absolutely perfect! In the afternoon on the departure day, when I came back to pick up my suitcase, it was already downstairs and I received a bottle of water! I used to work for a travel company and have very high expectations. They were exceeded here in Verona. Wow!

Breakfast is really nice, they have a terrace and mainly everything they serve (bread, cakes, cookies) are handmade. Emy is a real chef! The apartment is not in the centre of Verona but it is quite near, around 10-15 minutes walking. Once you arrive Enzi gave us a map with the main attractions and a list of the best restaurants in the city. It was really helpful!

Each room at this guest house is air conditioned and comes with a TV with satellite channels. the location of this hotel and its facilities are totally amazing! very romantic! we were in Verona on Valentine’s Day and Georgina from the reception was SUPER helpful on getting us a dinner reservation! She was the reason why we got a romantic dinner that night! so super highlights to the staff!
