The facilities were also very nice we used the swimming pool and sauna. There’s an extra cost but it’s very nice and not busy. There’s bar was so relaxing. Also every single member of staff we dealt with was helpful and friendly. Even arranging the return of an item we left by mistake! I look forward to staying again.

I personally loved that it’s one station away from Nagoya Station so I don’t have to deal with the crowds (I try to avoid this stn 😊). Staff were courteous and helpful. Loved our stay here. We will definitely choose to stay here again :)
