I felt more than welcomed and more than special. Stuff is so nice, so kind and dinner and breakfast … God bless all these hands which prepared this food. Itadakimasu.

Certain rooms include an en suite bathroom. Toiletries and slippers are provided for in the private and shared bathroom. The staff was extremely welcoming and kind. They did their very best to help us to our room, tell us about the hotel, how the traditional Japanese style rooms worked, where we could go dine in the area and much more. They even drove us to the harbour when we were leaving the island. We only wish we had stayed one more might at this hotel. The breakfast was quite good as well, and a motherly staff member explained everything in detail here as well, as how to enjoy the food the best way possible and more. We're definently coming back.

Located in the World Heritage Miyajima Island, Iwaso features Japanese-style accommodations with beautiful surrounding views. Guests can relax in the indoor and outdoor hot-spring baths and request for massages. A free shuttle is available from Miyajima Ferry Terminal, which is also a 5-minute walk away. Beautiful property. We had the half board with multi course traditional Japanese meals. They were amazing but yes, pricey. We wore our traditional Japanese. The hubby used the Osen and said it was fabulous. I didn’t go as I stayed with our 10 year old daughter who didn’t feel comfortable doing it. The staff was helpful and courteous. We left our bags with them on the day of checkout and they brought us to the ferry around 14.30.

Onyado Nono Sakaiminato Natural Hot Spring is situated in Sakaiminato, within 50 km of Hirata Honjin Memorial Museum and 25 km of Matsue Castle. The property is set 25 km from Lafcadio Hearn Memorial Museum, 29 km from Lake Shinji and 49 km from Atagoyama Park. The accommodation offers a sauna, hot spring bath, restaurant and free WiFi. The hotel was very pleasant. I would stay here again.

Rooms have an interior in relaxing beige tones, with contrasting dark wooden furnishings and curtains. They come with wide and extra-long beds, a flat-screen TV and a refrigerator. A safe, nightwear and toiletries are provided. The stay was planned at the last minute, but the team went above and beyond to support our stay. I had to visit a hospital during the night, and their assistance was truly exceptional. Wonderful job!
