Even though the day was rainy and horrible the view was superb and I got to watch sunrise too so was pretty happy (I'm a very light sleeper). Also i love watching trains so was happy to see shinkansen coming and going from the station too. The staff allowed me to check in early even though it is almost impossible in Japan! So kudos for that 👏. Staff was very nice and friendly and the room. It is right next to the translation, just use the bridge. 1000%recommend. I want to be back to Kokura again when the weather will be nicer so will definitely choose the same hotel again
