Very nice room well equipped. Staff members are nice, very professional and speak English, same for the owner. I highly recommend to have dinner there, it was delicious. Location is great, around 5 minutes from the main attractions of kusatsu. I would definitely stay there again.

All rooms come with a fridge and electric kettle, while the bathroom(some rooms) has a bathtub and amenities. Kanemidori is a beautiful ryokan just steps away from Yubatake and central Kusatsu. The room was enormous and absolutely stunning traditional tatami room. We got to enjoy new yukata designs each day of our trip, and the quiet and beautiful baths were almost always empty when we visited them. The staff didn't speak much English, but we were able to communicate everything necessary. They even came to the car when we arrived and took our bags! It was a lovely and relaxing experience.
