Located 1.2 km from Odori Park in Sapporo, UNWIND HOTEL&BAR features free WiFi access and private parking. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Each room has a flat-screen TV. It was a very successful stay at the UNWIND Sapporo Hotel. The room with kingsize bed was spacious and clean. The staff was very helpful and spoke good English. Breakfast was in the form of soup with a side of baguette to be warmed in the room. Coffee and tea with kettle were in the room. A refrigerator was also provided. A great perk for hotel guests is the bar on the 10th floor with free wine tasting between 5 and 6:30 p.m. I sincerely recommend it.

The room was simple but very clean and feels like home.. i even sleep more than 10 hours because the room was very comfortable.. the owner was very helpful, eventho the shower are shared but it's very clean and nice.. i misa the owner, they took care of me really well

He gave us hints about the local ski hill and prepared the most delicious breakfasts. The accommodations were very relaxing with the wood burning stove and A frame window view. Would highly recommend.

Ki Niseko is ideally located less than 100metres from the high-speed gondola at Niseko Mt Resort Grand Hirafu. Service was absolutely amazing ! team at ki niseko was professional and did an amazing job in making the stay phenomenal ! I particularly liked the fact that we were picked up at the Hirafu welcome centre upon getting off the chuo bus. I also really appreciated the fact that I could leave my skis with the ski team at the hotel upon finishing my last ski day rather than having to return them to the shop my self. Also , you can store your ski equipment with the team every night and pick them up in the morning. Hotel located a few steps below hirafu ski resort was excellent. Onsen was also class. Enjoyed my stay very much !

Boasting open-air hot spring baths and ocean views, Wakamatsu Hot Spring Resort is a 15-minute drive from JR Hakodate Station. Free parking is available on site. This was our absolute favorite hotel during our entire trip to Hokkaido! The hotel is incredibly beautiful, with aesthetic details everywhere you look. Everything was spotlessly clean, and all the staff were so kind and welcoming. You can even book a private hot spring, which was such a special experience! We chose the breakfast-included option, and it was absolutely amazing—so delicious and abundant. On top of that, the restaurant’s view was breathtakingly beautiful. Our room was simply perfect—we loved it so much! It was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a stunning view of the ocean right outside. We are already looking forward to coming back again in the future! Thank you so much to the Wakamatsu and all the wonderful staff for giving us such a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Everything. Really outstanding. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is literally meters from the sea. It's a little hard to find but totally worth it when you get there. It's a little outside town but there are really efficient bus services so not an issue if you want to go in for dinner and have a drink. The breakfast was one of our highlight meals of our 2 weeks in Japan. We loved our stay.

Surrounded by lush nature, luxury Japanese-style hotel Niseko Kombu Onsen Tsuruga Mokunosho features a hot spring bath and rooms with mountain views and free Wi-Fi, some with a private open-air bath. The cleanliness, great staff performance, most of them speak English fluently and in great willing to support our stay. Food is great both at dinner and breakfast. Our impressed story is that When I moved to next hotel in Sapporo next day, I realized I forgot some of my clothes at the hotel. I message the the hotel : they managed quickly to arrange for deliver those to my new hotel and even phone contact to our hotel for the arrangement. I am very impressed in their hospitality and professional , I have already received the cloths 2 days later. Recommended this onsen !
