Place was cool, traditional style ryokan with lovely staff and great location. They really went to extreme to ensure that we reach the best Kinosaki-experience. I forgot my ring, noticed it in the bus station and accepted my faith. However, they had noticed my ring and rushed to the bus to bring it to me - this is an example of their heartfelt attirude towards guests

The dinner was also amazing. It is a cute little town well worth the visit.

The ryokan is located in a geothermal area, with a number of hot springs nearby for guests to relax in. The staff were amazing, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect. Totally recommend.

The staff were amazing and so helpful. Room was perfect. Hot spring was a little hot but it’s a hot spring. The bed was so comfortable.

Located at the waterfront of Kobe Harborland, Hotel La Suite offers spacious rooms with ocean views and a spa bath. It features concierge service, a French restaurant and massage treatments. Free Wi-Fi/wired internet and free videos on demand are available in the rooms. Everything was excellent, especially the bathroom, which was the best comparing with many others luxury hotels I've been so far. Regrettably, we only stayed there for one night and were out for the days. Would love to revisit Kobe another time and spend more time here exploring this hotel.
