I have lost my backpack; left it on the bus from hakone-yumoto stn to tenyu stn. The staff was very kind and helped me find the backpack by contacting the bus company. I appreciated it so much. Also 2 public bath were amazing!!! Would love to go back!

The onsen/spa was peaceful, people friendly (I only used the common female spa). The room was comfortable and I loved the dressing gown.. took me only one meal to realise that I could wear it to the dining room!

Open in April 2017, Field Hakone Resort is set in Hakone, a 6-minute walk from Sengokuannaishomae Bus Stop. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. The people who run it were very kind and helpful. It was perfectly clean and comfortable. The location was central for everything that we wanted to do in Hakone. I would stay there again with no hesitation.
