Hotel staff the most courteous I’ve experienced. Well trained, impecable manners and attire. Valet personnel help you load and unload from your ride. I would just go back to Yokohama for the hotel! We got a sea view room with a perfect view. Highly recommend it!

The staff was super nice and helpfull we would come back for sure.
