The ambience feels opulent, which is very fitting for this historical hotel. The Old Imperial Bar is one of the nicest bars we’ve been to (such a nice dim relaxing ambience and great cocktails). The location is perfect to explore Ginza. The staff is one of the kindest and most hospitable we’ve come across on our stays.

The employees were supernice. Even though they wore masks most of the time, there are certain people who somehow can smile with their eyes.
