Location was really lovely, Nippori is a beautiful neighbourhood with cute cafes and restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, as well as common areas. We had dinner in the common kitchen a couple of times and it was lovely. Lastly, the staff was just the NICEST we have ever met! They went above and beyond to help us with absolutely everything! Even storing one bag while we were away from Tokyo for a few days since we were coming back to the hotel. I can't recommend this hotel enough!!

The best place we had during our journey! highly recommended for all - stunning lake view, super clean and beautiful room, great food, great and clean onsen - highly recommended!

Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal. Guests can find a private hot spring bath and Japanese restaurant on site. Friendly and helpful staff, responsive and waited for us although we artived very late. Great facilities in the botel.

Amazing location, very welcome staff, many complimentary drinks during the day at lobby, hot bath for legs at the lobby was cool. We liked all at this hotel and would recommend to everyone 😊

Motomachi-Chukagai Subway Station is just a 1-minute walk away. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Such a beautiful vintage looking hotel with an interesting history! Lovely room amenities and mini coffee machine! Location was amazing - next to a lovely ginko tree-lined street and fun park beside the harbour. My kids loved the Christmas interactive light up at night so much. Was pleasantly surprised to have connecting rooms for my family plus a gorgeous city & harbour view! Service was impeccable as well. Did not try the breakfast buffet so can't comment on that.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property, and free parking is available on site. Japanese-style massage can be arranged at a fee. Family onsen rooms are a pleasant surprise to us. It allowed us to shower and onsen as a family. The restaurant staff were all so friendly and kind, and they always prepared baby chair and baby bowl and utensils for our toddler. The location is convenient as there is a combini nearby for snacks - the hotel has its own shop too. The room was spacious, though unlike other Ryokans I've stayed at, the mattresses didn't get put away during the day - no biggie though as we didn't spend much time in the room during the day.

Opened in June 2013, The Edo Sakura offers accommodation in a Japanese-style Machiya townhouse located a 5-minute walk from Iriya Subway Station and a 10-minute walk from JR Uguisudani Train Station. Free Wi-Fi is available at the entire property and guests can enjoy looking out into the traditional garden. Ueno Station is a 15-minute walk away. Facilities were very nice with traditional japanese feeling while western style bathroom was available in the room. Bigger private bathroom was a great experience. Staff was very nice, considerate and helpful :)
