Perfect location, this region feels so authentic, not crowded with tourist and several things to see within walk distance. also, Nippori station is super close making it easy to access different regions. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room has a great size!

Everything! The onsan facilities were the best! It was better than any other hotel we have been in. The view is AMAZING, the clothes that are given are beautiful and comfortable ,the food was great, the staff were so nice and helping, the location is perfect (just note that is far from any store or restaurant) but close to the pirate ship and to the cable car.

Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal. Everything!! Superbbbb services from all staffs🙌, great facilities, yummy breakfast in Japanese style. The room is clean and big, also has a very big screen TV with Nintendo famicom!! The owner was very nice and helpful, he speaks English very well, he showed us all facilities in the ryokan, so so impressed with his service. The ryokan also has a shuttle service to the bus station. I would give 100 score out of 10 to this ryokan.

Opened in April 2017, Hakone Kowakien Tenyu offers Japanese-style rooms with tatami flooring, an open-air bath or ceramic open-air hot springs bath made with Shigaraki pottery. Loved the room & overall hotel facilities. I have lost my backpack; left it on the bus from hakone-yumoto stn to tenyu stn. The staff was very kind and helped me find the backpack by contacting the bus company. I appreciated it so much. Also 2 public bath were amazing!!! Would love to go back!

Situated right in front of Yamashita Park and looking out to the Yokohama Bay, Hotel New Grand is a renowned classic hotel with nearly a century of first-class hospitality. The hotel is stunning and luxurious. It kind of feels like being at The Plaza in NYC. Hotel staff the most courteous I’ve experienced. Well trained, impecable manners and attire. Valet personnel help you load and unload from your ride. I would just go back to Yokohama for the hotel! We got a sea view room with a perfect view. Highly recommend it!

Staff all speak english, communicated well. Food is very good! Super clean. The hotel is right outside a bus stop!

Only a 5-minute walk from Asakusa Subway Station and Tawaramachi Subway Station, B:CONTE Asakusa offers modern accommodations with a kitchen and an in-room launderette. The room was spacious and comfortable. Our group of two adults and one child fit so well. The room had everything we needed including a washer/dryer. They also had a closet and we were able to keep 4 luggages inside and it allowed us the maximize our space. The staff were so friendly and accommodating! They were excellent! Can’t wait to stay at B:Conte again!
