The staff are very friendly and helpful. Bed is very comfy and facilities are well maintained and clean. The food is surprisingly good and like art pieces.

Hotel Monterey Nagasaki is a 2-minute walk from the Oura Kaigan Dori Tram Stop. Featuring Portuguese elements in the hotel’s architecture and decor, it offers 2 restaurants and rooms with free internet. JR Nagasaki Station is a 20-minute tram ride away. We loved history of the Portuguese era and the location was amazing, walking distance to most attractions. Nagasaki is our favorite place on this visit, and would recommend it and the hotel

Located on Inasa Mountain, Luke Plaza Hotel features spectacular views from its comfortable rooms, restaurant and bar. It provides a free shuttle service that takes 7 minutes to/from JR Nagasaki Station. Free Wifi is available throughout the property. The shuttle service was excellent. They not only picked us up and dropped us off at the station in a timely manner, they also shuttled us to a famous night viewing location near the hotel. The room was large and comfortable with an excellent view.

The hotel is located on the mountain and offers a grand view of Nagasaki Harbor and wharf especially at night. The staff are great, helpful and very polite. The facilities offer gorgeous views, several large baths (not onsen hot springs, but similar) a couple restaurant choices and a bar. Of course all the usual amenities are available. It's not the most modern hotel, but that's what gives it character. It was a fantastic choice for our last night in Nagasaki on this trip. We really enjoyed our stay and would book it again.
