The room is very classic since the hotel is quite years. However, the lobby area was quite crowned as a lot of locals and hotel guests visited a lot during the day

The location was excellent! We stayed at 4 different hotels in japan and this was the biggest and nicest. Everything was very clean. The bathroom was also spacious. The air conditioning was working perfectly which is very Important during summer in tokyo. The staff was extremely friendly, helping us with storing our luggage and calling us a taxi. Highly recommended! An excellent place to stay and look forward to go back to and relax after a long day spent around Tokyo.

The breakfast was fabulous, with over 100 dishes. It offers good all times services which are hardly encountered in European 5 stars hotel, such as pijamas, newspapers by the door in the morning, full face treatment products in the bathroom. The location is also very convenient, not only for trains, but also for buses and taxis.

Its a super beautiful elegant hotel in an amazing location- we loved it and wish we could have stayed longer. They were very kind and refunded the cancellation fee of our initial booking as our child fell sick- so it was obvious that when we replanned the trip we stayed with them! The rooms are clean, modern with lovely views of the city. Room service and guest relations response was prompt and so caring. I would say this is a five star hotel. With incredible value for money.

Marunouchi Hotel is a minute's walk from Tokyo Station Marunouchi North Exit and a 10-minute taxi ride from Tsukiji Fish Market. It features 4 dining options, a massage service and rooms with free WiFi. The destination is super convenient and the hotel facilities is old school vibe but modern at the same time. It is wonderful to living here and would like to have next experiences continually.

There is a bath for each gender on site and both the female and male baths offer a view of Senso-ji Temple’s Five-storied Pagoda. Friendly stuff, very helpful with all our questions. Room is small but cozy. Definitely would recommend the place to my friends and also return when visiting Tokyo.
