Situated on Chale Island along a white sandy beach, Chale Island Resort is surrounded by indigenous forest and offers magnificent sea views. The resort boasts 3 outdoor pools and a spa. Very clean, all the stuff is friendly, and the starter is so delicious with a lot of options. The view is so magnificent.

Situated on the Indian Ocean along the white sandy Diani Beach, Ocean Village Club offers guests a tranquil haven. This hotel is excellent in every way. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, giving a very personal service. The property is very well maintained and very clean. The rooms are big with a nicely furnished balcony. The bed is huge (and quite firm!) and every night the staff prepare the bed for the night with a mosquito net. They put flowers on the bed every day. The restaurant is good with prosecco for breakfast as a nice treat. However the selection of hot dishes could have been better. But they do have an egg and pancake station, so it was sufficient. In the evening we got served a three course meal which was different each night. You could choose between 3-4 dishes for each course so that it was always something to your liking. As mentioned in other reviews the dining chairs are terribly uncomfortable (and I don’t understand why they don’t change them when they get so many bad comments.) The beach area is also very well kept with comfortable sunbeds. They serve drinks at the sunbeds(not food due to monkeys). However this area is on the hotel’s own property and not at the main beach, which is very safe. The beach is only steps away and you can swim in the ocean all day long if you just walk a little bit to the south side or the north side of the resort. Right outside the resort the corals are visible during low tide so then you can’t swim there. The pool is very nice as well. Very clean and refreshing. They have a nice sitting area with comfortable chairs and tables by the pool where you enjoy your lunch. What makes this place really special is however the staff who go the extra mile and are super friendly and service minded. Take notice of the non-tipping policy during your stay. You rather give a bigger tip at checkout and they get a bonus based on the reviews from their guests. We definitely recommend this Ocean Village Club and would love to go back . Their limousine service is great by the way.

Featuring a private beach area and water sports facilities, Swahili Beach is situated in Diani Beach, 200 metres from Nakumatt Diani and an 11-minute walk from The Diani Beach Shopping Centre. Great resort, amazing restaurants, fantastic stuff!! Totally recommended

Offering an outdoor pool, Severin Sea Lodge is located in Mombasa. Free WiFi access is available in this lodge. The accommodation will provide you with air conditioning and a balcony. Workers were all friendly especially Juliana at the Breakfast hall. Ruth was charming and mega friendly always smilling.star also and the young Porter at the front would help carry the luggage.

Set in a garden on a white and sandy beach, Jacaranda Indian Ocean Beach Resort offers accommodation in Diani Beach and 9 km from Ukunda Airstrip. Wonderful hotel—made our trip to Kenya absolutely unforgettable! I'll admit, after choosing the hotel on booking.com and looking at the pictures, we weren’t entirely sure about our choice. But we decided to take the 'risk’ and it turned out to be mind-blowing! The photos don’t even come close to capturing how nice this hotel is—maybe 50% at best. We opted for the beachfront bungalow, and it was hands-down the best decision. What an unforgettable experience! The staff were amazing, the breakfast was decent enough, everything was spotless, and the team was incredibly attentive. We 100% recommend this place. My partner and I will definitely come back. If it’s Diani Beach, it’s definitely this hotel for us!

Bahari Beach Hotel is situated along the palm-fringed Nyali Beach in Mombasa and features an outdoor swimming pool and a spa and wellness centre. The Nyali Golf Club is 5 minutes' drive away. Great hotel! Staff is very kind and professional!, facilities are very good! A place to come back for sure.

Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort & Spa is situated in Mombasa on one of the longest beachfront protected by the Mombasa Marine Park. We stayed at Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort & Spa in November as a group of 11 guests and had an excellent experience. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and of a high standard. The resort’s facilities and strong security provided peace of mind, while its location on a beautiful white sand beach offered the perfect setting for walks. The staff were outstanding. At reception, Elizabeth, Jacklyn, Kavata, Jolinda, Abigail, and Given were consistently helpful and welcoming. In the restaurant, Mercy, Dons, Nancy W, Mary, Nancy H, and Adline ensured our large group was well accommodated, with tables always prepared and service attentive. The food was of high quality, with a wide variety to suit all tastes. A special mention goes to Jane, who decorated my room for my birthday, adding a thoughtful personal touch. Overall, Sarova Whitesands exceeded expectations in service, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mombasa.
