The rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV. You will find a kettle in the room. Each room has a private bathroom fitted with a shower. Extras include bathrobes and free toiletries. There was an error in my booking but the hotel still honoured it and allowed me to stay. The receptionist was not sure how to go about the error but called the manager on duty who was a very understanding lady. I thank the management for the good hospitality.

We loved the relaxed and comfortable feeling of this property. The staff were extremely friendly, the breakfast delicious and the Safari box lunch very good. We slept very comfortably.

We had a wonderful experience at Royal Tulip Canaan Nairobi. The ambience was excellent, and the reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Whenever we had questions, they were always ready with clear and friendly answers, especially regarding the food. We also visited the massage center, and it was a fantastic experience. The massage therapists were highly professional, skilled, and followed traditional techniques. They truly did an outstanding job. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Royal Tulip Canaan. I am very happy to give a 10-star rating to this hotel.
