Overlooking the sea, Lotte Resort Sokcho features a water park, fitness centre and restaurants. Sokcho Beach can be reached in under 10 minutes by car. Amazing room with ocean view. Clean and spacious room. Lots of activities to do with children. The infinity pool and water park were superb. Tried the Korean bbq restaurant, eating outside in a tent, which was really yummy. Superb location. Friendly staff.

KensingtonHotel Seorak is located in Sokcho, less than 200 metres from Seorak National Park. A household name with Korean celebrities, it features free parking and free WiFi. Location was superb. Mountain view out of the balcony was stunning. Breakfast selection is decent as in any other big western hotel chain. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and spoke excellent english.

Featuring on on-site restaurant and free WiFi in all areas, Boutique Hotel BomBom is situated a 5-minute drive south from Ojukheon in Gangneung. Free private parking is available on site. Property was spacious and well laid out, the balcony was an added bonus. The bed was so so comfortable! The best bed I have slept on in Korea.
