Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, shower was good with hot water. The grounds of the hotel were serene and beautiful. The chef did a wonderful job with meals that were extremely affordable. Being from the USA, it would only be possible to get this type of customer service from a high end resort or hotel. We were so happy with our stay we booked a night for the end of trip. I would highly recommend the Orerka Hotel for your stay. Thank you to the beautiful staff for making the beginning of our stay in Sri Lanka perfect. Btw- the airport shuttle is a silver van with the hotel's name on the side.

The spa services were also exceptional, offering a range of traditional Ayurvedic treatments and massages. The fitness center was well-equipped for a hotel gym. Service & Hospitality: The staff went above and beyond to ensure comfort. Whether it was room service, concierge, or restaurant staff, everyone was attentive, respectful, and genuinely hospitable — a true reflection of Sri Lankan warmth.
