The service, friendliness, and atmosphere were absolutely exceptional. Everything felt perfectly balanced professional yet genuinely warm. A few people made the experience truly unforgettable. Dananjaya was always helpful, friendly, and had a great sense of humor. He really made my stay more enjoyable with his positive energy. Mlhirini had such a kind and welcoming presence. She constantly made sure I had everything I needed and was always up for a nice conversation. So caring and attentive. Roshan, the manager, is a truly kind person. Under his leadership, the service was simply outstanding. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sri Lanka. If you’re looking for real hospitality and excellent service, this is the place. I’ll definitely come back!

Beauty Hills is a recently renovated homestay in the centre of Kandy, 1.6 km from Kandy Museum and 1.7 km from Sri Dalada Maligawa. The property has mountain and river views, and is 4.4 km from Bogambara Stadium. The homestay features family rooms. Nice view from a big balcony. Host was very friendly.

Fantastic views of the city and surrounding areas. Would have liked to have tea/coffee facilities in the room. Highly recommend 36 b&b.

Bandaranaike International Airport is 127 km from the resort. It was very clean, definitely affordable compared to other resorts I saw here. The staff very friendly, they made sure that we are fully satisfied with our stay, they even helped getting food late night.

We did the Pekoe Trail tour with Garmini and it was brilliant! Best thing we did in Kandy and Garmini was a great guide! Location is good as it is in the hills away from the pollution and by lots of hikes.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely house in the hills just outside Kandy. The location is quiet and surrounded by nature, with stunning views over a forest valley — the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The house itself is modern, beautifully renovated, and very comfortable. But what really stood out was the warmth of the couple who own it. From the first moment, they made me feel truly at home — more like a guest in their home than a customer. In the morning they prepared a delicious homemade Sri Lankan breakfast. One of the highlights was the coconut rotti — absolutely incredible — along with fresh fruit and other traditional dishes. You could really taste the care they put into everything. They also went out of their way to help me when the airline delayed my baggage. They followed up and made sure it arrived safely at the house, which I really appreciated. If you’re visiting Kandy and looking for a quiet, authentic place with genuine hospitality, I can’t recommend this stay enough.

Offering a sun terrace and views of the mountain, Sanatha Suwaya is set in Kandy in the Kandy District Region, 1.6 km from Kandy Royal Botanical Gardens. Ceylon Tea Museum is 2.9 km away. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property and free private parking is available on site. This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in. It’s located on top of a hill which gives you an amazing view and the architecture of this hotel makes it even more awesome. I was too lazy to attend the morning yoga and meditation but if I had more time, I would definitely go. Breakfast was nice, too. Super healthy with mostly tropical fruits, egg, butter, and jelly. Krishan and Michael, were super duper helpful and nice.
