Beauty Hills is a recently renovated homestay in the centre of Kandy, 1.6 km from Kandy Museum and 1.7 km from Sri Dalada Maligawa. The property has mountain and river views, and is 4.4 km from Bogambara Stadium. The homestay features family rooms. The views would have been phenomenal were it not for the torrential rain we experienced while we were there. The host was very welcoming. The room and balcony were lovely, and everything was very clean.

The owner is very nice and even went to go pick us up some dinner after our night swim:) Fans and air-conditioning in the room! The location is about a 15-20 min drive outside of the Kandy city centre, but we thought it was well worth it!

The bungalow is very well kept and lovely furniture.Thd food was exceptionally good and very good quality.We loved every dish we tasted. The staff is very hospitable and took very good care of us We would love to go back.

It is a family owned house and the family is lovely and very helpful. We even went on a sunset walk with the owner, got to know him and learn about the city. Such a pleasant stay

The homestay features family rooms. Ananda and his wife are fantastic hosts, they were always available to help in any occasion. For example, My girlfriend was sick for a few days and Ananda was so kind that he scheduled an appointment with a doctor to get some advice and medicines. The location is also beautiful, in front of a huge forest in which a wild.leopard resides. Fantastic experience, definitely recommended.

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely house in the hills just outside Kandy. The location is quiet and surrounded by nature, with stunning views over a forest valley — the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The house itself is modern, beautifully renovated, and very comfortable. But what really stood out was the warmth of the couple who own it. From the first moment, they made me feel truly at home — more like a guest in their home than a customer. In the morning they prepared a delicious homemade Sri Lankan breakfast. One of the highlights was the coconut rotti — absolutely incredible — along with fresh fruit and other traditional dishes. You could really taste the care they put into everything. They also went out of their way to help me when the airline delayed my baggage. They followed up and made sure it arrived safely at the house, which I really appreciated. If you’re visiting Kandy and looking for a quiet, authentic place with genuine hospitality, I can’t recommend this stay enough.

Hosts Krishan and Michael were friendly and very helpful with organising my onward travel. I loved the start to each day and appreciated the opportunity to participate in yoga and meditation sessions with Michael.
