Located in Ulcinj, Holiday Park Olive Tree offers you a romantic, magical getaway in the ancient olive forest of Ulcinj. Nice Bungalows in a very quiet area. It is possible to walk to the party beach without using the main road. But bring a flashlight. The breakfast is superb in the garden with beautiful view.

Located on a large property 250 meters away from the famous Velika Plaža beach, B&B Lovac features a green yard and air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Everything was so perfect, I don't know where to start. We had such a pleasant stay in B&B Lovac. The room was clean all the time, they are changing towels every day. It's a quiet and peaceful place with such a kind staff, it's really for recomendation. The restaurant is really great, excelent food, great staff, very kind and helpfull. We are comming here next year, for sure :)

Guest House Pasha is set in Ulcinj, 1.5 km from Velika Plaza sandy beach. An on-site à la carte restaurant serves local dishes. Free Wi-Fi and free private parking are provided. This guest house in Ulcinj was a real treat — modern, fresh, and beautifully kept. The property has a lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds, and our room came with a spacious balcony equipped with chairs, a table, and a drying rack. From the second floor, we even had a surprisingly wide view over the surroundings. Both dinner and breakfast were available on-site, and both were excellent. The guesthouse is run by a warm and hard-working family: the mother and grandmother took care of the kitchen, the children maintained the pool and made sure guests were comfortable, and the father — at the heart of it all — managed everything with genuine enthusiasm. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does, and it shows in every interaction. Communication in English was also excellent. One small note: while the Booking.com map is correct, Google Maps points about 50 meters off. Like in many parts of Montenegro, you just have to keep your eyes open and you’ll find the right spot.

Hotel Palata Venezia is situated in a 2000 year old fortification on Ulcinj’s coast, and it features accommodation with free Wi-Fi and a large shared terrace overlooking the coast. The place is located in the old town, in an amazing historical building. The room was nice and clean, and we liked the classy furniture. The breakfast was nice, you can have it in the garden, with an amazing view of the city. The staff was nice, they even have a small car, so you dont need to carry your luggage from the parking lot. It was our third stay here in the last 15+ years. Its is higly recommended.

Nestled within the historic charm of Ulcinj's Old Town, Kulla e Balshajve offers a memorable stay rated with 3 stars in pedestrian zone. Such an amazing place. We had a beautiful apartment on the second floor, overlooking the sea on both sides.The views are mesmerizing. You open the shutters and enjoy the beauty of the blue water and the town and the beach below . The apartment was spotless, hot water plentiful, bed very comfortable. There was a small fridge and a kettle to make tea. Internet worked well. Don’t even hesitate, book this gem and enjoy this very rare opportunity. The old town has such a fascinating history. Kulla is also the easiest hotel to access by the steps leading to the old town. Really 3 minutes up from the road. Easy steps. The staff. Another amazing chapter. Friendly, helpful, accommodating, cheerful, proud to be from Ulcinj. Florina is absolutely delightful. Beautiful people. We really did not want to leave. What an incredible experience. Miss Kulla e Balshajve and Ulcinj already. Oh, and breakfasts. I am still full. They keep brining goodies.
