The place is very well organized with great staff! The breakfast was good, you can order a laundry in case of any need which helped us a lot! The whole interior design with attention to details was remarkable! It is such a relaxing space with a nice pool area and sun terraces as well. We felt like in the Robinson Crusoe's book. I can only recommend this place!

The rooms are extremely spacious and thoughtfully designed. The breakfasts are delicious. And the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, running various activities - e.g. jungle and lake tour. The setup next to the lagoon is perfect - plenty of chairs, hammocks, and kayaks.

Everything! Such a lovely place, done with a lot of style in line with the local traditions and such friendly and helpful stuff. Really nice breakfast at the patio was a plus. Set on the beautiful beach of Holbox Island, this accommodation offers privacy within a walking distance from the town centre. Palapas Del Sol features air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and a... Everything was great! Room was clean and huge, private beach was extraordinary. Food was very good (we tried also lunch and everything was super-good!) and staff very kind. Furthermore, the area is really quite compared to the center of the village. Extra facilities available on-site like small gym, pool (mainly for kids) and yoga/massage room were completing our amazing stay.

The property is about a 20 minute walk from the beach, ferry terminal to Cozumel and the ADO bus station, the room had good A/C which we needed at night, the pool is clean and safe, there are sun lounges and chairs. The host Sebastian is brilliant, nothing is too much trouble, the room had a comfortable bed, warm shower and reasonable cooking facilities including microwave and 2 burner gas stove. We felt safe in the local area including at night, it is a quiet “ local vibe area” If you want 5 star accommodation this isn’t for you but if you want very good, reasonably priced accommodation, this is perfect, it’s well away from the noisy at night areas, there is a well stocked Mexican supermarket within a 10 minute walk, and this is next to the Collectivo mini bus depot where you can go cheaply to Tulum and places on the way. Taxi to the beach and bus station if you don’t like walking is approximately $150 Mexican pesos (10 USD)
