All the staff at the hotel were exceptional especially Jorge and Daniela. The property is extremely well maintained. The gardens are stunningly beautiful. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced and the restaurant staff very attentive. We really enjoyed feeding the turtles in the turtle garden and seeing the beehive. The cave under the hotel was very unique. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

The staff were so kind and helpful. I forgot my glasses in the hotel room an pd hadn’t realised, but they messaged me to let me know and I was able to retrieve them again. The hotel has a lovely old style room. The breakfast area and garden is so tranquil. The location is perfect, so close to the main square of Valladolid.

Located in the magical town of Valladolid, Yucatan, the Real Haciendas hotel is locateds, a picturesque, cozy hotel with a charming touch. This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. The whole hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms are very spacious and super comfortable (good lighting, enough outlets, space to hang clothes and put your bags), you get access to a great kitchen with fridge and freezer, free water, a pool, and wonderful common areas to hang out. The bed is huge and comfortable and it's relatively quiet by Mexican standards. I slept very well. I also really appreciated the extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff. It's a small hotel and you almost feel at home. The location is PERFECT. A supermarket, laundries, and a convenience store are located next door. The cenote and local market are within 1-2 min walking distance. The main plaza can be reached within 5-10 minutes of walking but several good dining options are even closer. I recommend X-Mahana and Caroline Cacao closeby, the taqueria opposite of the hotel is also good. I extended my stay here. Unfortunately my room was already booked but I was able to move into a different room early, so I could move my things directly and didn't have to wait until check-in time.

Offering free WiFi, this Mérida Hotel La Piazzetta is located on Mejorada square and 230 metres from Museo De la Canción Yucateca and just a few blocks from the Cathedral, market and Paseo Montejo. We had a fabulous stay at La Piazzetta, the hotel is beautiful, clean and has a lot of charm! It's really well situated so we could do most of the city by foot. Leo, María and Augustin are fantastic hosts and we felt very welcome. Leo is super knowledgeable about the area and gave us the best tips for Merida and around, and even for the rest of our trip, we discovered many hidden cenotes thanks to him :) A thousand times recommend!

Located in Valladolid's town centre, Hotel Posada San Juan has an outdoor pool, terraces and gardens to offer to its guests. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is great and the hotel is lovely.
