The breakfast was good, you can order a laundry in case of any need which helped us a lot! The whole interior design with attention to details was remarkable! It is such a relaxing space with a nice pool area and sun terraces as well. We felt like in the Robinson Crusoe's book. I can only recommend this place!

The gardens are stunningly beautiful. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced and the restaurant staff very attentive. We really enjoyed feeding the turtles in the turtle garden and seeing the beehive. The cave under the hotel was very unique. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

The setup next to the lagoon is perfect - plenty of chairs, hammocks, and kayaks.

I've visited dozens of hotels through my live. Most of them were wery good. But this one is above all of them and above my secret expectations. Highly professional service and staff as well as smooth music, that can be heard in common spaces and relaxing smells, build the atmosphere of wellbeing and luxury. Additional gems are free entrance to the meseum, to the pottery and chocolate workshops and the private, guarded, underground parking. What an amazing place. I wish everybody could stay there.

Each air-conditioned room at Casa Tia Micha has modern décor. All rooms have flat-screen cable TV and a minibar. The garden and grounds were beautiful and well kept. A beautiful oasis close to the center. Very quiet and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and attentive. I would 100 % recommend this accommodation and stay here again.

The hotel also features transportation services to destinations in the Chiapas. When you see the outside, you might wonder what you're getting into, but inside is beautiful, we were quite impressed. We booked in for another 4 days. The Cafe is nice, too bad it's only open for breakfast, the little bar is a nice place to sit and have a drink. We would definitely stay here again! The courtyard is very pretty and a nice spot to sit and read. A short walk to the square.

We’ve never stayed at an all-inclusive resort that had such delicious food. It truly makes a difference in the overall experience. The resort has also made some great upgrades, including the addition of new and amazing restaurants, giving us plenty of options like steakhouse, Italian, Japanese, American cuisine, and more. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. The homestay also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. The owner, Saul, is super helpful and friendly. We had awesome chats and I learnt a lot about the local area and Mexico. The property is relatively close to the Cancun international airport, yet is a recuperative, hidden away, quiet respite in the rainforest experience. So good! 👍The gardens, decor, and work Saul has put into the property is outstanding.
