We loved absolutely everything. The room, the cave pool, the staff, the food, everything was amazing. The breakfast is very good and included. This place is magical, ZENtik is the perfect name for this hotel ! The location is also very good, 15 min walk to the cenote Zaci and the center ( very safe to walk from the hotel ). Also, ive to repeat myself but the staff is amazing. This hotel is a gem and i recommend it 100% !

If you're looking to relax and enjoy nature and the lagoon than this is perfect for you. The property is nestled in the jungle, set close to the Lagoon with easy access to it. The rooms are extremely spacious and thoughtfully designed. The breakfasts are delicious. And the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, running various activities - e.g. jungle and lake tour. The setup next to the lagoon is perfect - plenty of chairs, hammocks, and kayaks.

I loved that they had coffee at the end of the hall to your rooms ready at 6:00 am as I’m an early riser. Best water pressure in the shower ever. A very nice touch was when you went to eat in the restaurant, they asked which country you are from and then put a little flag on your table The buffet breakfast was amazing with a vast and fresh selection- most times my main meal of the day!! Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Set in a bright, colonial-style building, Casa Tia Micha offers attractive rooms with free Wi-Fi. Located in the centre of Valladolid, it is less than 5 minutes’ walk from San Gervasio Church. The place is absolutely stunning with a beautiful garden hidden right in the very middle of Valladolid. The staff was the nicest I have ever encountered tending to all of our needs (a couple and a 2-year-old kid plus a grandma). Both the dinner and breakfast included with the room were delicious and very nicely presented and it was lovely not to have to look for food after a long day at Chichen. The included parking right next to the hotel was also very convenient. The building is old, so do not expect modern luxury, but you can't beat the location right off the main plaza, plus the A/C works just fine and the garden more than makes up for that.

Palapas Del Sol features air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and a... the isolated location was unique. the beach stunning and clean. Totally amazing.The tour organized with the hotel was really amazing as well. great value for money.

Ideally situated in the center of San Cristobal de las Casas, this hotel is less than 3 blocks from the city's main square and offers a variety of convenient amenities for the modern traveler. The service was exceptional, the receptionist was amazing. Comfortable, warm. Reasonably priced. Will be back!

This 5-star beachfront Cancun luxury hotel features a 40,000-square-foot full-service spa that offers full-body treatments, hydrotherapy and beauty services such as hair styling. by all-inclusive, it really was all-inclusive! 24hour room service, with your room cleaned TWICE daily! the resteraunts were amazing, we kept asking ourselves "are we sure this is included?". There are a few things not included, but they make that very well known as you check in - and its not a lot. the staff were lovely - like they loved working there. There was activities hosted by the resort that could be read about on a newspaper released at brekky each morning. We did a cocktail making class, there was SUP yoga and tours to and from the hotel - all free. the best part, we had an afternoon flight, they allowed a late check out at 1pm (at no extra charge) and you still had all-inclusive until you left (for us, at 3pm). So we had the bags behind reception and had coffee, lunch and ice-cream before leaving.

Boasting a garden and a terrace, Hotel Casa Azabache is set in San Cristóbal de Las Casas, 850 metres from San Cristobal Cathedral and 1.2 km from Central Plaza & Park. The staff were incredibly helpful, really going out of their way for us, not just in providing advice and booking tours but helping trouble shoot issues with recovery of our laundry from a local business when we ran into issues as we were leaving. The property was beautiful, quiet and in a great location. They let us store our bags after we checked out. Excellent value for money overall.
