Staff know you and are ready to help in any way. Plenty to see as soon as you walk out the door but also a pleasure to spend time in the room.

Bike hire and airport transfers are available upon request, at an additional charge. The hotel is small and cosy, and provides all the amenities i need. I loved the old colonial building vibe. The lounge with free flow of drinks and snacks was a bonus. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

You can relax in the airy courtyard surrounded by greenery or take a tour around the area. Loved the location, close to beach street and little India. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. The room was very spacious with 4 double beds, more than enough for a family of 4. Even though its location, very central, the rooms are very quiet. I really love the friendliness of the staff. They gave lots of suggestions on where to go or where to eat. Loved the little local desserts every night brought to our room. Even though there are lots of plants around the mansion, there were no mosquitos. ( And I get bitten very easily). The check-in was also very fast. I would definitely return next time we visit George town.

Situated within the UNESCO World Heritage city of Georgetown, Coffee Atelier is a collection of 5 beautifully-restored shophouses dating back to 1927. Featuring spacious suites with free Wi-Fi, it an art gallery and its own coffee museum. Quaint old building, nicely updated. The AC was not up to par the first day and when we mentioned it, the manager got someone right in to service it. Friendly helpful staff. We very much enjoyed our stay!

From start to finish, everything was perfect, from the staff on the door, the very capable personnel at reception, the individual floor floors-and-room staff, those at the beautifully maintained pool too, the spacious and tastefully furnished rooms, the bright and airy breakfast room with its attentive service personnel, nothing beyond their capabilities, a welcoming receptionist and chef, both ready and capable of meeting and adapting to every request, all this through to help on the ground floor with directions, weather forecasts, and planning suggestions.
