Located in the capital city of Penang, Seven Terraces is only within a 5-minute walk to the significant Goddess of Mercy Temple and the popular Penang Peranakan Mansion. Private but conveniently located. Clean and well-maintained. Staff were excellent: Friendly, personal and helpful.

Fabulous stay, my first time in Malaysia. The characterful and historic building is renovated with great taste and simplicity, creating a comfortable, secure and relaxing environment. The room was of good size, comfortable bed, desk etc and excellent shower. The air-con was efficient and very necessary! Breakfast is by the pool and offers a daily "Asian special" which features the different cuisines of the island. The hotel is located just outside the UNESCO bufferzone, the neighbourhood is safe and very walkable with many exceptional eating options within a short walk. Special mention for the hotel staff who were exceptionally welcoming and attentive.

Situated within the UNESCO World Heritage city of Georgetown, Coffee Atelier is a collection of 5 beautifully-restored shophouses dating back to 1927. The Coffee Artelier was a cozy and unique accommodation in the heart of Georgetown. It incorporates a restaurant, rooms and an art gallery. Our room was very comfortable and we loved the outdoor bathroom. In an ideal location to explore street art, restaurants, art galleries and shops in the area. Ruby was a wonderful host - kind, enthusiastic and super helpful! We loved our time at Coffee Artelier and would come back in a heartbeat!

The Millen Penang, Autograph Collection is in Georgetown, just 3 minutes' drive from the New Central Business District. It has spacious suites with free Wi-Fi. From start to finish, everything was perfect, from the staff on the door, the very capable personnel at reception, the individual floor floors-and-room staff, those at the beautifully maintained pool too, the spacious and tastefully furnished rooms, the bright and airy breakfast room with its attentive service personnel, nothing beyond their capabilities, a welcoming receptionist and chef, both ready and capable of meeting and adapting to every request, all this through to help on the ground floor with directions, weather forecasts, and planning suggestions. Penang is the ultimate winner as The Millen just askd to be re-visted. We'll certainly try. Congratulations to all involved. Thank you.

The staff was fantastic and the location was close to everything I needed. The room was also excellent with great aircon and a giant fan right above the bed which I loved. They also gave me late check-out.
