Our hotel stay was exceptional, especially in terms of the warm welcome we received. We arrived early in the morning and were granted an early check-in, which allowed our tired kids to rest before we began our day. The staff were incredibly kind and made every effort to ensure our stay was memorable. The hotel also offered extra amenities and was conveniently located near the water park and shopping malls. We would definitely return!

We choose this over two other 5 stars in KLCC and was not disappointed. The check in was smooth at 3 am and good room service menu at this time of the night. The staff was unobtrusive during breakfast, room service and dinner but attentive. The children were offered hot chocolate on arrival and the setup was amazing from sending the large screen tv to us in swimming pool to prompt cleaning of our room. This will be our hotel to stay in KL from now on.

The room and furnishings were very nice. I was upgraded for free to a 2-bedroom suite, which was wonderful. The bathroom & rooms were very clean and luxurious. I also liked the hotel gym. The location was also good - I walked to the Petronas Towers one day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My clothes got locked in the washing machine one night and staff came up right away to help, which was very much appreciated. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kuala Lumpur and looking for a high quality hotel to relax in.

The super friendly hosts, James and his wife, run this wonderful place. It's only a 10 min ride with the train from Kuala Lumpur airport, and the bed is perfect to recover from the jetlag. Nice garden and nice pool to relax also.

D Gateway Perdana Hotel is situated in Bangi, 26 km from Kuala Lumpur. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. This hotel located in good place. We like that we can keep our luggage inside their reception while waiting for our checkin time. The receptionist also so nice and friendly to the guests. We came from Sabah, but they also trying their best to understand our “baku” language. One of the receptionist Ms Zahrah, is nice , i like the way she treat all the guest! If i got a chance to come back to Bangi, will definitely checkin back to this hotel!! Lurve it 👍
