The property and staff were absolutely lovely and the bed super comfortable. We recommend highly to go there and look forward to come back☺️

Things are well organized and beautiful around. Got a room upgrade and it was excellent. Food is delicious and the dining area is very cozy. Have a massage in the spa and that’s very professional and relaxing. Shout out to the staff including the reception, waiters, housekeepers and the security even the gardener, they made me feel home. Thank you for everything and I will come back.

Rooms have a flat-screen TV. Some rooms include a seating area to relax in after a busy day. A terrace or balcony are featured in certain rooms. The rooms have a private bathroom. For your comfort, you will find bath robes, slippers and free toiletries. We are a couple from Turkey and stayed at Apsara Boutique Hotel during our trip to Nepal, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, smiling and willing to help with anything we needed, from airport pickup to recommending nice restaurants. Our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We stayed in a higher floor room, and the view over the city and the mountains in the distance was beautiful. The location is ideal, right in Thamel but slightly off the main road, so it is peaceful and quiet at night. We could easily walk to restaurants and shops. Kathmandu was a perfect destination, and Apsara Boutique Hotel made us feel right at home. We would definitely recommend it to our friends visiting Nepal.

The warm atmosphere, incredible staff and people I met at the guest house made my stay truly unforgettable .

Nestled within beautifully landscaped grounds, Shambaling Hotel is a charming refurbished house from the 70s. The Tibetan-style house has 64 cosy bedrooms, an in house restaurant and a 24-hour front desk. Wi-Fi is free in its public areas. Very nice hotel with a cosy and beautiful courtyard. Quiet, comfortable and finely furnished rooms. The breakfast service is excellent. The staff are ready to ensure customer's comfort and meet any requirements in the best way possible. This structure also offers spa services managed by kind and professional staff. Shambaling hotel is super recommended!

Located within 4.4 km of Hanuman Dhoka and 5 km of Kathmandu Durbar Square, The Museum provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Kathmandu. There is an on-site restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. The accommodation features full-day security, luggage storage space and currency exchange for guests. My wife and I stayed at The Museum on the first two days of our ten-day trip to Nepal. This was our first time in Kathmandu, and staying at this place was just the great start we needed before heading towards Pokhara. The property is around 3km from Thamel, near the Office of the President of Nepal, in a quiet area. A bus service can take you to Thamel, but we preferred walking. The hotel is part of a compound with the restaurants Le Sherpa and Yakitori Hokkaido, a cafe, and other shops (wasn't interested as food is my strength!). There is also a Sikkimise restaurant outside the compound. We were happy with our room and the service the hotel provided us. In addition to that, we asked for help to book a bus ticket for Pokhara. Mr. Saroj was more than helpful and got us the ticket. Overall, it was a lovely experience.
