Quiet.  Good buffet breakfast for USD 5 - juice, fruits, cereal, sausages, hash brown, baked beans, pancake,  croissants, Danish etc. Tea coffee too. Eggs need to pay extra.

Apsara Boutique Hotel is located in Kathmandu, 1.4 km from Hanuman Dhoka and 1.5 km from Kathmandu Durbar Square. The hotel has a terrace and views of the mountains. Hotel area has very nice ambience, food at restaurant was amazing, I tried some Nepali dishes and they were delicious.

The Peacock Guesthouse is a most charming, heritage-rich, and truly special oasis in beautiful Bhaktapur. The staff are welcoming and kind. Their restaurant serves exquisite food. We dined at “home” each evening. We loved observing the colourful life in Dattatreya Square from our window perch. The breakfast is glorious. We savoured every moment of our time in this delightful gem.

Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious, soulful, and culturally rich stay in Kathmandu. The hotel made our 15-year anniversary truly unforgettable with exceptional service, attention to detail, and a peaceful, luxurious atmosphere.

Nestled within beautifully landscaped grounds, Shambaling Hotel is a charming refurbished house from the 70s. Very nice hotel with a cosy and beautiful courtyard. Quiet, comfortable and finely furnished rooms. The breakfast service is excellent. The staff are ready to ensure customer's comfort and meet any requirements in the best way possible. This structure also offers spa services managed by kind and professional staff. Shambaling hotel is super recommended!

Very fancy! Very quiet! Probably one of the best places I stayed during my 2-3months in Nepal. Breakfast is at this gorgeous restaurant next door. If you are there on Saturdays there this really cute farmers market. At night there is a guard out so it feels very secure

Karma Boutique Hotel is set in the Thamel district in Kathmandu, 1 km from Hanuman Dhoka. Guests are offered the on-site restaurant. The staff was very welcoming and extraordinarily helpful. The hotel only has a small amount of rooms, which makes the place tranquil and cozy. A great place to rest up during your stay in this busy and chaotic city. We had a lovely stay and we can't recommend them enough.
