The cottage is incredibly clean and neat and equipped with everything you need. Helen and Clint are kind and welcoming guests, and we greatly enjoyed the dinner prepared by the chef (assisted by his lovely wife) where we mingled with other guests and had a very nice evening. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking an authentic stay. The gardens are just beautiful and the whole place is peaceful and serene.

The owners are super nice and welcoming and it’s clean and just so comfy and just a great atmosphere. We had the spa almost to ourselves and loved it! It’s just gorgeous and was perfect for us after hiking quite a lot!

We didn't arrive until 0100am due to ferry delay but access was fine and the room light left on. Lesley and Mike go that extra mile and made our stay super relaxing and even take care of your laundry so you can spend more time out. Location was great and a few minutes walk from good shops and resturants. Would definately recommend to all.

Guests enjoy free WiFi, free breakfast and a range of facilities including a spa and wellness centre. Our apartment is huge and clean. Our deck overlooks the rainforest and Kaiteriteri Beach. The grounds are beautiful and the staff are helpful and friendly. Jane was especially helpful recommending boat tours and wineries.

We had a spacious apartment (no 7) with a living/dining area, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Outside terraces on both sides of the apartment. The beds were comfortable and the veiw from the apartment was beautiful.

There is a restaurant, café and a bar on site. Guests can explore the coastal walking tracks or go kayaking and fishing nearby. The lovely, peaceful location with all the luxury you could need, especially when the weather let you down. Staff were fantastic and extremely helpful and despite the conditions, Josh's kayaks experience was memorable. Many thanks.

The Station House Motel is located in the charming village of Collingwood, Golden Bay NZ. It was built in 1907 and was originally the Police Station. It offers two Studio Rooms with En Suite within the Historical House and two Self Contained Cottages. Lovely location right in the town. A building with character, so a really nice place to stay. Sitting area outside in the garden was a bonus.
