Misfah Old House

Misfah Old House is located in the middle of the old village of Misfat Al Abryeen in Sultanat. It offers traditional accommodations and serves Omani cuisine cooked by local families.
All rooms are fitted with tiled floors and have got large windows. Each room offers mattresses, blankets and pillows. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. Some rooms include a shared bathroom.

If the property is challenging to reach with kids and luggages, it is an amazing location inside the Misfat Palmtrees.
The staff is super nice and the rooms with terrace offer a stunning view.
Their restaurant area is also completely open with a 360view on the palmtrees and village.
The View
Al Ḩamrāʼ
Featuring an infinity pool, The View is located at Al Hamra. The property is perched on a high rock slab that overlooks the surrounding mountains and valleys. Free WiFi in public areas is available.
The stylishly furnished accommodation at The View comes with a balcony, a TV and tea/coffee making facilities. It also includes a writing desk and a safety deposit box. The bathroom includes a soaking tub, a rain shower and free toiletries. Premier rooms have a full view of the valley whereas superior rooms have a partial view of the valley.
Beautiful location and view, extremely friendly staff, very accommodating and helpful.
The dinner and breakfast is delicious and homemade while you can enjoy the wonderful view

Despite the unexciting frontage on the side of the road, it is a lovely little gem of a hotel hidden away behind high walls. Beautiful open courtyards that the rooms open off from. Lovely rooms all newly upgraded. Very comfortable rooms with lovely en suits. Will definitely be back.

Amazing location right behind the souk. Lovely breakfast in the courtyard. Quaint and cute rooms in the old stone. Helpful and friendly staff. Wonderful rooftop terrace where we enjoyed a couple of hours relaxing as the sun went down.

Aryaf Hostel is a beautiful and spacious Omani house. My wife and I enjoyed our large room, the shared kitchen which was fully at our disposal, and the lovely garden where we had breakfast and sat to relax.

The location is magical, next to date palms with the water of the falaj running past our window. We had a lovely apartment with a balcony area which was very relaxing.

The hotel is in the center of Nizwa in a typical mud house restored. The room was small but great with a big bathroom (I got an upgrade). It's quiet. The breakfast is great, as well as the dinner I took extra. It's served on the rooftop with a great view on the fort. The pool is nice, although it would need more sitting. You have a lot of places to relax, and a room with coffee and dates. I also took a tour with Yousuf that was wonderful.
