I’d never been to a Shangri-La property before but do travel a lot and have seen many five star hotels so I can definitely say that they were amazing here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the service level was completely on point as well as the hospitality. I’ve worked with high level hotels for years so I have good reference and would highly recommend this hotel. We were sad to leave and will miss it. I almost didn’t want to post this review to keep it a secret but the staff absolutely deserves 10 STARS 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

They have 3 pools and one of the longest in the Middle East. They provide ACs in bathrooms if you feel the weather is hot. The club lounge was pretty good. The service was super good and very kind and accommodating staff. Laundry service was quick and efficient.

I had a perfect stay at Mysk Al Mouj Hotel in Muscat. The rooms were modern and very comfortable. I especially loved the location — surrounded by lively walking streets full of great restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket. Excellent service and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Holiday Inn has a buffet restaurant that serves breakfast buffet every morning. Lunch or dinner can be enjoyed in Omede restaurant serving Mediterranean and International delights. Guests can relax in Al Halwa Lounge after a long day. Very friendly people the hotel staff were very helpful.

A DVD player is available on request. Lovely hotel in central Muscat, rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. The staff were also fantastic, were easily contactable and were very helpful.
