Thousand Nights Camp is located in Shārqiyah. Some units are air conditioned and include a seating area with a flat-screen TV.The tented camp offers an outdoor pool. There is a children's playground at this property. No wifi Internet available. the staff and service especially anurag and his team in the restaurant were excellent. the rooms were clean and tidy. the buffet in the evening was one of the best we had im Oman. overall we highly recommend staying at 1000 nights camp

The accommodation will provide you with a seating area. Private bathroom also comes with free toiletries. Extras include a desk, bed linen and a fan. An oasis in the desert we loved it, improvement could be plastic reduction and available water. Reachable by 4x4. We took the evening dune car tour and was amazing, worth the money. Arrived after 4 pm and left early morning the heat was ok at the end of April.

All accommodations are either chalets or tents. The simple furnished accommodations feature carpeted floors and a seating area. We had an absolutely amazing experience at Safari Desert Camp! As a family of four, we were all thoroughly impressed by every aspect of our stay. The huts were clean and exactly as shown in the pictures — no unpleasant surprises, just beautiful simplicity and comfort. The meals were another highlight of our stay — both breakfast and dinner were generous, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. We truly enjoyed every bite. The activities we tried were fantastic and unforgettable. From the adrenaline-filled quad bike ride to the peaceful camel ride and the thrilling dune bashing — everything was well-organized, safe, and full of adventure. A special thank you goes to Omar, our host, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. His hospitality truly made our stay exceptional. If we could, we would give them 11 stars! Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and memorable desert experience.

Desert Wonders Camp is situated on Eastern Sands that stretches from Eastern Hajars to the Arabian Sea. Lit by lanterns, the camp offers Bedouin-style accommodation with tents. The camp is Eco friendly and only uses solar systems. Fantastic stay at Desert Wonders Camp - I would highly recommend to anybody considering to book, look no further! We took a transfer into the desert, which included a sunset tour. Nassar was great, driving around the dunes and telling us all about the desert and how it has changed over the years. We even met his camels, who were very friendly and loved a pet! Sunset was really beautiful, I would recommend taking the tour if you come. The tent we had was great - large and very comfortable. For food - dinner and breakfast were simple but very well cooked, flavourful and plentiful food. Tea, coffee, dates and water are available around the clock. Lastly, all the staff at the camp were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful and unforgettable stay 😊😊🔥🔥

Located in the middle of Sharqiya Sands of Oman’s Empty Quarter, Arabian Oryx Camp offers a Bedouin experience in the desert. It features a typical Arabic restaurant that serves a breakfast and dinner buffet. A very good desert hotel! Personnel: Polite, helpful Rooms: spacious, clean. Just everything you need! Breakfast/dinner: great variety of dishes. Tasty! Great experiance with dune bashing! Received a room upgrade free of charge – thank you.

Surrounded by the high sand dunes of Oman’s desert, the eco-friendly Retreat Camp in Sharqiya provides authentic, Arabian-style accommodation in tents. It offers camel rides and tours to nearby locations. I spent two weeks in Oman but definitely this was the highlight of the trip. We were picked up by the owner from Al Wusta (as we didn't have a 4x4) and he drove us to the camp. There was only one group of friends and the rest of the camp was empty, which was nice as we chose this specific camp to relax and disconnect. Nice activities were offered (other guys did the dune bashing). The owner spent a really long time talking to us - he was the nicest person in the already very friendly country. The staff working there was very polite and helpful. Food options (including vegetarian!) were amazing, for the desert I think it was almost luxurious. I will always recommend this camp to everyone, it was really nice and peaceful. This camp is a gem of Wahiba Sands. And the tallest dune is located right next to the camp, which is a must to climb (although exhausting). The sunset was beautiful. The owner really cares about his business and the guest, as well as his staff.
