That kind of distraction made everything easier for us as parents. The food was outstanding—we had the breakfast and dinner buffet daily at Allegro Restaurant and loved the variety and quality. But what really made this stay special was the staff. The resort’s core value, Amuma (a Bisaya word meaning to pamper or care), isn’t just a slogan—it’s something you feel in every interaction. Big thanks to Joyce and the welcoming team at the Allegro entrance, Jeff and Richell from the juice bar who took great care of us in the afternoons, and especially Carlos at the kinilaw buffet, who we saw more than once step through a potted plant (literally) to help guests at the nearby self-service station. That kind of extra effort and warmth was everywhere. If you’re arriving in Cebu with kids—or just need a peaceful, genuine place to land—this is it. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and truly cared for.

I especially enjoyed the pool, breakfast buffet, ambience , the staff were the most perfect people and I’d definitely be back to enjoying the welcoming experience with the staff. Eye-soothing low-rise architecture. Comfortable, well-appointed, spacious (46 square meters, 490 square feet) rooms with elegant bathrooms (separate tub and shower, large counter area). Romantic King 4-Posters in some rooms, practical two Queens in others. The ambiance, the amenities and the staff were amazing.
