We were staying in 3 countries and cities for the week and this property had the cleanest room & bathroom. Room was quite big, too. Communication was easy, instructions for getting in were very clear and well explained. We had a very good time in Poznan and would definitely recommend the city and the Nasz Club apartments. We even had free water, tea and coffees placed in the room, as well as a kettle and some fortune cookies. It was a nice and kind touch.

Each one has a private bathroom and an LCD TV with cable. From being greeted with wine and leaving with cookies and water...plus everything in between, it could not have been a more pleasant stay. Room was small, but we chose that room so we were not unaware of the size. Bed was so comfortable, we slept amazing! We also could not hear anything from outside the room.

This hotel is run in a very professional way and all the staff we met were genuinely friendly and helpful. Staff on reception were welcoming and managed to find a room for us shortly in advance of check in time. In the room we found a complimentary bottle of wine which was very enjoyable. The bedroom and bathroom was a good size and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Once inside the room it was very quiet and we could not hear any noise from other guests.The buffet breakfast was very varied and we enjoyed it immensely. We would not hesitate to return or recommend. A big thank you to all the staff.

Europa Hotel, located in the cultural and business centre of Kalisz, on the picturesque Aleja Wolności, has been continuing the hotel tradition of this place, dating back to 1799. The hotel combines Polish hospitality and European standards so that every guest who crosses its threshold feels special. It was in a great location, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
