Located in Mesão Frio, a 35-minute drive from Lamego, Imaginário d´El Rei features a seasonal outdoor pool and sun terrace. Everything! Beautiful location, wonderful facilities, great breakfast (try the delicious scones), beautiful art allover the walls but the best of all is the owner. Such a nice funny and welcoming lady, told us all about the place, made sure that everything is fine, gave a recommendation for a good place to eat.

Nestled along the Douro River, Douro Hotel Porto Antigo. is housed in a historic building. It features an outdoor swimming pool, in-house massages and a restaurant serving European dishes. The location and views from the hotel are amazing. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were extremely kind and welcoming.

Overlooking the scenic Douro River Valley, Quinta da Casa Cimeira, Guest House, Wines & Food is set in a historic country house and surrounded by a garden and vineyards. The hotel is in a beautiful location and the rooms are spacious. The best thing is the friendly staff and the shared dinners with other hotel guests. Excellent food and company! I highly recommend this place.

Among the various facilities are a garden, a terrace, as well as a shared lounge. ‎‏There are no words to describe the experience we had! It was the highlight of our trip. We stayed for 3 nights. Amazing room with all the facilities you can think about, super clean, and has a breathtaking view of the Douro River. The food is excellent, everything is simply delicious and fresh, farm-to-table. The wine is fabulous. We also did a great massage in the spa. The staff is amazing, helps with everything, lovely and kind. We are waiting for the next time!
