Our room was clean and the bed was really comfy. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, for some reason our room was upgraded free of charge upon our arrival. Breakfast was tasty and a lot. It 's about a twenty-minute walk or a few bus stops from the city centre.

Enjoying a privileged location in the historic center of Lisbon, the property is a former palace whose construction dates back to the 16th century. This is not jus a place to sleep it is an unbelievable experience. It is like you are traveling back in time. The piano and violin playing at breakfast, the fado dinners, the wine cellar with cheese and olives plants for free for the hotel guests, and wine directly from the barrel. The staff is amazing and makes you feel like home. I was lucky to have an early tour by Marcio who showed me all the wonders of the hotel.

The staff were the highlight of Bica FLH. In addition to their warm welcome and general helpfulness and charm, they gave outstanding recommendations for dinner spots and even made reservations. They allowed us to leave extra baggage in their storage area while we were on our bike ride. The breakfast was nice and additionally, teas, coffee, and snacks are available 24hrs a day. The rooms were comfortable. Some rooms are louder than others due to street noise (mostly late night people) but earplugs are provided.

Anjo Azul is a renovated 18th century property, featuring a modern décor and a charming façade covered with Portuguese tiles. Everything! First of all the staff is just so nice and kind! There’s someone in the front desk 24/7 which is pretty nice too. All the electronics works perfectly and overall it’s the best place I stayed at ever! But the most important part is the location! 90% of lisbon’s best things to see are 5-20 minutes walking, and the best nightlife in lisbon is a few streets away so you are 2 minutes walking from all the bars but your hotel stays quiet and clean

He is a very valuable person to the hotel, such care and a friendly happy personaluty, he made us feel very special and welcome there. All the staff were very friendly , and helpful , our cleaner greeted us every morning too , the reception staff were also very pleasant and the breakfast staff were very cheerful and helpful, this hotel has excellent customer care
