Very clean rooms, and what is very important-no noise from neighnours even tough it was a full house. The breakfast was wonderful.

Fatima is the nicest person, the house and the room are super spacious, super clean and it's very peaceful and quiet. Also great views from the house! Breakfast is super yummy with a lot of things from the island. I already miss it. I would give a 11/10 for this

Perfect location to explore the Azores, set in a gorgeous old house in the town. Huge rooms, Lovely comfy beds, great showers, full amenities like smart TV, spare towels for thermal visits etc etc. The whole hotel is decorated immaculately. Breakfast was perfect. Not a huge selection like in some hotels but all of it felt homemade, made with care, and was delicious. Then there is the staff, I have stayed at some nice places but never have I felt so cared for by such a lovely group of people. Superb place. Enjoy it!

All rooms feature a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a private bathroom. The accommodation provides luggage storage space and free WiFi throughout the property. The location is the best, central yet very quiet, walking distance from everywhere in town, 10 min by taxi if not less to the airport. You are in the very heart of old town with the windows overlooking the square. Very friendly staff, big rooms, high ceilings, the house itself looks like a museum and lovely large common area and dining room. Some pastry was offered throughout the day and fruit was in the kitchen. Very clean. There was a kettle and tea in the room as well.

Perfectly situated in the middle of the island and easy to get to either side within an hour. Has everything you could possibly need to live there for a short period of time (or even longer). Owner incredibly responsive to any questions we had and even very quickly responded to resolve an issue we had with accessing the property.
