From your room you can watch the city centre and benefit from the convenient room service. We were guests at the hotel around 31st December for a 3 night stay. We are very satisfied with the hotel, especially the employees that work at reception. They were very nice and helpful all the time. Also the waiter that works at the breakfast room. The hotel is located right in the Citi center, 2-3 min walk to the square where are all the coffee bars, restaurant and nearby Danube park. The Petrovaradin fortress is around 10-15min walk. The hotel has it's own parking space but it's limited so if you are coming with car, reserve a spot. There is no free parking in the nearby streets. The room was clean and enormous, beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with all necessities inside. Sheets were changed on a daily basis, also the towels. Food was great and diverse so everyone will find something tasty to eat. Overall the hotel gets 10+ from us.

It was our second visit to the hotel and we're happy to return there again :) Clean and spacious rooms for family, swimming pool and spa give a chance to relax. We adore and appreciate hotel interiors which are designed with a domestic taste of art :)

The spa and wellness centre consists of an indoor pool, a sauna, hot tub and a fitness centre. A hairdresser and various massage treatments are available at a surcharge. Guests can also relax at the Louis XVI Lounge Bar. We were fortunate enough to spend three wonderful nights here. The hotel is amazing. Never mind it looks like and decorated like a French palace, it is fantastically comfortable and clean and convenient. The bed was so comfortable. The shower was endless hot water and with nice products provided and towels were very plushie and new. Breakfast was amazing. The location is huge and tons of choices. Two of our morning the occupancy was conducive to have a buffet and one morning only being one of three rooms we had “made to ordered “. Both there were plenty of choices and excellent quality. Had great coffee and tea choices. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable it was a real treat to be able to talk with them. Elevator was always waiting for us…loved that! We read a previous review on this hotel that said it was kichy and furniture was not of good quality, we could not disagree more. It decor is lovely and trust me when we tell you the furniture is thick and substantial. Great stay and we will return.
